Card wire: round, biconvex, triangular
bright, tinned, V2A-stainless
Width of fillet:    23 mm
Execution:    18 rows, special fabrication: 6 or 12 rows (ill.3)
Grinding: Side grinding, needlepoint grinding
Angle:    40°-55°

All fillets are equipped with extra hardened points and white cotton-backing

Raising Fillets for Knitwear (ill.2):
Foundation: 4-ply 4 mm woollen-felt
Card wire: round, biconvex, triangular
bright, tinned, V2A-stainless
Width of fillet:    20 mm
Execution: as above, special execution: Points equipped with hooks (ill.4)

Cleaning-Sheets and Fillets for Roller-Raising-Machines (ill.5):
Foundation: 4-ply 4 mm woollen-felt or 5-ply (1 linen) with vulcanized caoutchouc face
Card wire: round
bright, tinned, V2A-stainless.
Angle of teeth:    70°-90° *
Height of teeth:    up to 40 mm *

Brushing- and Velour Fillets for Raising-, Shearing- and other Finishing Machines (ill.6):
Foundation: 3-ply cotton with mineralized red caoutchouc face or special foundations
Card wire: round, biconvex, ovoid
bright, tinned, V2A-stainless.
Width of fillet:    38 mm
Angle of teeth:    55°-90° *
Height of teeth:    to 40 mm *
